Timing Belt（Belt Series：L）
Dây đai đồng bộ (đai định thời) là một bộ phận giúp truyền lực bên trong động cơ. Nó kết hợp với các puli (ròng rọc) dẫn động bánh răng trục để tạo ra các kì hút, nén, nổ và xả trong động cơ và giúp nó tuần hoàn liên tục. Dây đai đồng bộ bề ngoài sẽ giống như một bánh răng với mặt cắt hình thang dọc theo toàn bộ chiều dài. Các răng được làm bằng vật liệu thay thế (khác với vật liệu bánh răng) và mặt còn lại được gia cố bằng các lõi thép hoặc sợi đặc biệt và được phủ bằng sợi nylon để giảm mài mòn. Để tránh tổn thất do trượt trong việc truyền tải của động cơ và gây ra tiếng ồn không mong muốn, dây đai đồng bộ được sử dụng với các puli có cùng kích thước răng. Chúng là các thiết bị luôn được sử dụng kết hợp với nhau. Đặc điểm chính của loại dây đai này là mép trong của các rãnh răng, chúng đóng vai trò quan trọng trong hệ truyền lực của động cơ. Bộ phận này có nhiệm vụ đảm bảo các kì hút, nén, nổ và đẩy của động cơ luôn cân bằng. Dây đai đồng bộ có đa dạng thông số kỹ thuật, do đó cần chọn loại phù hợp với yêu cầu công việc để đảm bảo an toàn cho hệ thống truyền động và hiệu suất của nó.
